refurbishment shines through
modern equipment spacious room fresh towels
the executive room i stayed in felt very spacious. it included modern equipment, so everything felt up to date. during my stay, the room was cleaned, and fresh towels were brought in.
the downstairs areas were somewhat messy due to ongoing refurbishment though i understood it was temporary.

my room had clearly benefited from recent work. it was well-equipped with plenty of power outlets. usb ports were conveniently located near the bed. the bathroom was recently updated too.

Adequate Hotel Stay
lovely bar staff high-quality dinner speedy check-in shower enclosure cold air chilly room
The bar staff was lovely and provided good service. My dinner was included and it was high-quality. Check-in was speedy upon arrival. Free parking was available for all guests.
The shower enclosure had bad design. It was impossible to avoid getting the bathroom floor wet. My room felt chilly, and the heating did not work. The system only blew cold air.

clean rooms large tv friendly staff
i enjoyed the clean rooms with their large screen tv. the bathrooms were very big and they have lovely decorations. there is a big dining area and the staff is friendly to listen to your needs.
the orange juice at breakfast wasnt good, i think it was poor quality. the hot breakfast from the buffet was just luke warm which i didnt like. buffet food needs better temperature control.
