the executive room i stayed in felt very spacious. it included modern equipment, so everything felt up to date. during my stay, the room was cleaned, and fresh towels were brought in.
the downstairs areas were somewhat messy due to ongoing refurbishment though i understood it was temporary.

i chose this location to be near family. the hotel is situated in a pleasant area. it was a short drive to the places i needed to visit. plenty of free parking was available after validating the registration.

The bar staff was lovely and provided good service. My dinner was included and it was high-quality. Check-in was speedy upon arrival. Free parking was available for all guests.
The shower enclosure had bad design. It was impossible to avoid getting the bathroom floor wet. My room felt chilly, and the heating did not work. The system only blew cold air.

i enjoyed the clean rooms with their large screen tv. the bathrooms were very big and they have lovely decorations. there is a big dining area and the staff is friendly to listen to your needs.
the orange juice at breakfast wasnt good, i think it was poor quality. the hot breakfast from the buffet was just luke warm which i didnt like. buffet food needs better temperature control.

the hotel is currently renovating so there was unbearable noise every morning i could barely sleep because they started working so early also i found it disappointing that non guests use half of the pool because of swimming lessons.

we had a huge, clean family room! it was recently refurbished. the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was huge! everything was super clean. the staff were super friendly and professional too!!!
